Rental conditions are the following: 25% of the total rental fee for the sojourn is mandatory at reservation time. The balance is due in full at your arrival. We demand a mandatory security deposit of $400 to guarantee the good conditions of the premises. This deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay, after our inspection of the premises.
